This notice explains how MAW Padel ("we", "us") collects and uses personal information when you visit our website, get in touch with us, or register your interest in padel near you. We keep it simple: we only collect what we need, we never sell your details, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Who we are

MAW Padel is a padel business based in Yorkshire, UK. We are responsible for the personal information described in this notice. You can contact us about anything in it at matt@mawpadel.com or on 07871 606586.

What we collect

Site visit requests. When you fill in our site visit form we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), venue or organisation, town or postcode, your role, the type of venue, the options you are interested in, and anything you tell us about your site.

Register your interest. When you sign up to hear about courts opening near you, we collect your name and email address.

Emails and calls. If you contact us directly, we keep a record of the conversation and the details you share.

Website usage. Our website is hosted by Squarespace, which uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working securely and to give us basic, anonymised statistics about how the site is used (for example, which pages are visited).

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, arrange and carry out site visits, prepare proposals, and keep in touch about a project you have discussed with us. We do this because it is in our legitimate interests to respond to people who contact us, and because it may lead to an agreement with you.

If you register your interest, we use your name and email address to let you know about padel courts, coaching and events near you. We only do this with your consent, and every email includes a way to unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with trusted service providers who help us run the business, such as Squarespace (website hosting, forms and contact management) and our email provider. They may only use it to provide their service to us. Some providers may store data outside the UK; where they do, they are required to protect it with appropriate safeguards.

If we work with a build partner or another business on your project, we will only share the details they need, and we will tell you first.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to two years after we were last in touch, unless we go on to work together, in which case we keep project records for as long as we need them for that work and for legal and accounting purposes. If you register your interest, we keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, to ask for it to be transferred, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Just email matt@mawpadel.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please talk to us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

We may update this notice from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
